Ways to Register for Tournament

PARENT REGISTERS AND PAYS ONLINE
Parent goes to the Tournament Registration and pays the Tournament Fee online.  Indiana – Michigan – Texas/Austin – Texas/DFW

NOTE:  The School/Group Contact Designee can request a link to view all registrations from their group in real time.

SCHOOL/CLUB PAYS FOR REGISTRATION (2 options below)
To use Register & Pay by School/Group, you must have a minimum of 10 Pentathletes.  The guidelines are below.  Contact our Institute if you have any questions: 317-356-6284. 

If the School is paying for Pentathletes’ Registrations, the School/Club Contact Designee will request a code for their parents to use when registering online to bypass payment.  The SCD will be able to see, in real time, who is registered and which game the parent has signed up to monitor from their group. 

The Pentathlon Institute reserves the right to limit National Tournament participation from schools, clubs, and families based on their Volunteer Game Monitor quotas.

  • Deadline to Request – Feb 10
  • Deadline to Verify Registrations with Pentathlon Institute – Feb 25
  • Deadline for Payment or PO – March 1

Option 1)  Parents Register Online using the Link provided by Pentathlon Institute

  • Schools/Clubs using this method must have at least 10 registrants.
  • School/Club MUST complete the brief School Contact Designee Form
  • School/Club MUST complete the brief Application for Tournament Payment
  • Pentathlon Institute provides the SCD with a Google Form Link to distribute to parents so they can register their child online and avoid payment.
  • Parent MUST know the Coach’s Email, First and Last Name.
  • Parent MUST know which Game to monitor at the tournament – assigned by the Coach.
  • After registering, Parent will receive confirmation of their responses on the Form.
  • Payment by School/Club must be received before the tournament sells out and no later than February 10.

Option 2)    SCD enters ALL REQUIRED information for each student using the Online Registration Form.

NOTE: Coaches need to have all parents sign the Parent Agreement Form, collect the signed forms, and mail them to the Pentathlon Institute.

  • Schools/Clubs using this method must have at least 10 registrants.
  • School/Club MUST complete the brief School Contact Designee Form
  • School/Club MUST complete the brief Application for Tournament Payment
  • SCD MUST know the Coach’s Email, First and Last Name.
  • SCD MUST know all Parent Game Monitor assignments.
  • SCD MUST have each Parent complete and SIGN the Pentathlon Institute’s Parent Agreement Form.
  • SCD MUSTMAIL or Email the Signed Parent Agreement Forms to the Pentathlon Institute.
  • Payment by the School/Club must be received before the tournament sells out and no later than February 10.
